"Hawkin's Desire" to sons John and Augustine (both under 18), son in law Josephus Murray and the latter's daus. Ruth and Sarah Murray, children Jemima and Elizabeth, and w. to have 90 a. "Brother's Kindness"; admin. bond posted 8 Nov. 1726 by Joseph Beasman with Edward Roberts and John Tye; est. adm. 12 Feb. 1732;

Joseph and Elizabeth left issue: Ruth m. Josephus Murray, Sarah, m. Morgan Murray; Jemima; Elizabeth, may have m. Joseph Beasman, since in 1740 as wid. Eliizabeth Beasman she sold 90 a. Brother's Kindness; John, b. 23 Dec 1713, and Augustine b. 15 April 1721.

To wife and hrs., 90 a. "Brother's Kindness" and residue of personal estate during widowhood; shd. she marry to four children viz: John, Augustine, Jemima and Elizabeth.

To four daus. Mary, Dinah, Ann and Rebeccah, 160 acres, being part of "Greater Success" on the s. side Patapsco River.

 

To child. afsd., residue of estate equally.
