There is a will of William Spencer, Sep 11, 1832, Patrick Co, VA, probate records, which mentions his son-in-law Thomas Lawless, his sons Marvel Spencer, William Spencer and Greensvill Spencer, and his daughter Delila Grady. Marvel Spencer is named as Executor.
